Library resources on Android apps

Do all resources that you own work on the android apps. I own the Wycliffe Bible Commentary Old and New Testament. I cannot access them on my I phone or my tablet device. Do these resources work on these formats? Do I have to download them? I can't even see them as available in my library from the cloud.

Not all but most of them do - some don't for a range of reasons.

These particular resources aren't available on the mobile platforms. The product page (below) shows they run on Windows and Mac
