Hey Ken! This type of error can occur for a number of reasons for our videos. There's a couple of things we'll want to check:
- Are you currently logged into Logos while online, or operating offline? These videos by default are streamed into the web player in the software, and a faulty, or overall lack of a network connection can lead to this.
- It looks like you're running on a PC. Are you video card drivers up to date/is windows up to date? An out of date video card driver can lead to this. You will want to visit your video card manufacturer's website to see if there's any new updates posted. On Windows 10, windows update can sometimes locate these as well.
- If you're operating with a solid connection and your drivers are all up to date, the last thing we'll want to see is if the videos play when they're downloaded. You can download your mobile ed videos to your system by going into the context menu of the LA151 entry in your library with the connotation of (videos). An example is below:
- Once the Download all media button changes to delete downloaded media, everything is downloaded. Afterwards, please try the videos again.
