Searching for Specific OT Quotations and Allusions in the NT Using Literary Typing

I want to find the quotations of the New Covenant in the book of Hebrews without doing to much work. In other words I want the computer and Logos to do it. This is the query I am trying:

<Jer 31:31-34> WITHIN {Section <LiteraryTyping = Quotation, Old Testament>}

but it is mocking me by not returning any results. I am using a Bible search, All Bible Text in Hebrews in NASB. What do you think? Do I have this formulated wrong? Is this sort of search not possible? Is there another way to skin this cat?

{Section <LiteraryTyping = Quotation, Old Testament>} does not provide the source of the quote. Try

{Label Intertext WHERE Source~<Jer 31:31-34>}

NOTE: <Jer 31:31-34> WITHIN {Section <LiteraryTyping = Quotation, Old Testament>} will fail in a Bible search because bible text does not contain references!

A Basic search of most reverse interlinear bibles (ESV, LEB, NIV)  for footnote:<Jer 31:31-34> WITHIN {Section <LiteraryTyping = Quotation, Old Testament>} will succeed, because the references, if any, are in footnotes.

EDIT: footnote:<Jer 31:31-34> WITHIN {Section <LiteraryTyping = Quotation, Old Testament>} WITHIN {Milestone <Bible Hebrews>} will constrain the results to the book of Hebrews.
