logos 7 keeps crashing when opening

Hey Roseanne! Thanks for posting your logs. It looks like they're halting right before it updates a resource in your library. There's a couple things we'd want to do to resolve this, first of which is rebuilding your Update and Download managers.

First open your Windows File Explorer (This is the icon with the manilla organizing folder on your taskbar, across the bottom of the screen.)
At the top of the File Explorer is your current file path, please paste the following into that field: %localappdata%\Logos4\Data
In this new folder should be one new folder, it'll be a series of letters and numbers randomized, this is your user folder, double-click on it to access it
In this folder you'll find several more. Locate and delete the Download Manager and Upload Manager folders
Run Logos again while getting new logs. If it operates fine, perfect! If it does not, please reply with the new logs and we can investigate further.
