I've been using logos 4 fine until yesterday (2/24/17),  I closed it and try to run the software to use it again. I found that i could no longer log in into Logos.com. I went online and try all the troubleshooting tips and nothing worked. I called tech support at Faithlife/Logos and as you might know they no longer support Logos4 and didn't offer any help whatsoever. I wish Logos wasn't so OS dependent, and it gets to be more like a web app, where it could run at any platform. Does any one knows if Logos.com blocked any Logos4 software from signing in? I ask so I will stop all my troubleshooting efforts if this is the case. I was able to logging in with Logos 6 on my laptop with windows 8, Android Tablets and cellphone. The reason why i still have Logos4 running with Windows XP at my desktop computer is because as I am still transitioning into having Windows 7 working at my desktop in another hard drive partition I am still having issues running some software programs including Logos 6 itself (Logos 6 runs very slow at the Windows 7 partition for some weird reason).  In general I was very happy with my Logos 4 even with its limitations on features which exists in Logos 6 and wish it to keep working if my computer is working and I am fine with everything about it ( having windows xp ). Can any one help me please?

Welcome to the forums! I am not aware of Faithlife announcing anything about blocking installations of Logos 4. If Logos 6 is running slow on your Windows 7 partition, you might try Logos 7 Basic for free. I would also verify that you are not running out of space on that partition, as this could also cause slowdowns.

Is not an installation blocking per say, Just logging in. I even tried in another laptop with Windows XP to see if it was just a antivirus issue on my desktop and while trying to installing it in my laptop IT DID NOT LET ME LOG IN. Just to make things clear I am able to go to Logos.com on my chrome browser and log in into my account with the same username and password, i made sure my credentials are right.

Sorry, I understood what you were asking, but my response was not as clear as it could have been. I am not aware of Faithlife making any announcements about blocking Logos 4 from logging in. Perhaps others will have more insight, but my recommendation would be to focus on getting everything set up on your partition with Windows 7. Microsoft stopped releasing security updates/patches for XP a long time ago. It is not considered a secure operating system, especially if connected to the Internet.

Matthew, thank you. I'll see what I can do to fix my Windows 7 Partition.
