Recommendations appear at bottom of page instead of right column

FYI, the TH275 product page is missing the Learning Objectives and the Product Details (e.g., how many video hours) sections.

Also the Recommendations which normally appear on the right side of the page, show up at the bottom of this page (and those Recommendations links aren't clickable).

Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!
