I just purchased John MacArthur commentaries, but can only access it through Libronix Version 3. Will I ever be able to have access to this resource in Logos 4?

1) did you synchronize the licenses in L3?
2) have you activated the product?
3) have you waited a bit?
4) have you restarted L4?
At this point it should be in both. If not
5) try update resources in L4
or
6) try scan in L4
At this point it should be in both, if not
try the above a few more times then call Customer Service in frustration.
