Bugs: TDOT Refs, and Text Comparison refs

1. TDOT references

See image below. Unless the panel text view includes the word header, the reference box is the page. No clue for what word is being discussed.  Seems to be specific to TDOT.

2. Management of the reference box for Text Comparison tends to be bizarre.

When you use a narrow vertical text comparison panel, the display of the verse reference is unpredictable:

- If you type in, it's right justified (good, so can see the verse number)

- If you type in a single-digit verse, then scroll to a double-digit verse, the final digit is not viewable.

- If you widen the panel (to see the verse), then narrow it, the reference switches to left-justified (example below). In which case there's often no clue which verse you're on (as in the below example)
