Looks like it might have a touch screen as he's using a stylus. I understand Internet connection back then was spotty. Could be an early Libronix installation.
Definitely not LIbronix, its a lost beta of a future version that we are yet to see, no version of Logos Bible Software we have ever seen has offered this level of touchscreen support.
And we think we started it all...
