When I'm taking notes with in Logos, Is there a way to refer one "Note"to another "Note" within the Note's them self
Sadly not, unless it was added in v7 this is a feature I would like to see,
2 possible work arounds:
1) use tags , maybe for your theme or idea etc, you can search these
2) if the original note is complete, the only other work around I can think of would be to make it into a personal book, and make a note from the book,
The PB route was the best for me. Don't even start in Logos notes ... use your favorite note taker. Then copy into Word>PB. I note-take in HTML markup, thense Word>PB. Millions of cross-ref'd notes (ok, a little less). Plus they feed two of my other Bible software PBs.
Once you lock into Logos notes, you're constrained.
Thanks guys the PB is great idea for now I guys. The HTML will have to learn later
Another approach is to attach a Note to two references.
1. Make a Note on a verse.
2. On the upper right corner of the note, just to the right of the tag field, click on the button just to the right of the date, and choose "Edit Attachment Points"
3. In the empty field below your original reference, add the second reference.
4. Click "Done" when finished.
The note will show up for both references.
Thanks looks like it only works on on computer but not my phone jack
Hey Josh! Thanks for posting. This is a feature thats been suggested and requested many times, and as such we have a number of entries on our suggestion page over at Uservoice for them, available here: https://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-7?query=Notes
Feel free to add your vote to any entries you like, as this is another fantastic way to get your voice heard as well!
