Beta 2 Update
Just wanted to report that I have now startd the update process to beta 2. I opened this morning and then came here and noticed that some were receiving it. So I shut down and restarted and it poped up with the blue Logos logo in the system notification area saying was ready to intalled. I clicked the message and Logos shut down and restarted. Then said more were ready to download, tool a while to get 1.1 GB. Now it just finished and is in the Preparing your library phase for the 2nd time in this update process. Maybe it was doing updates the first time I opened up this morning. If not, then it had to go through at least 2 updates for me. Not yet fully finished so not sure if this is all .
OK just finished the second update and is now indexing again for the 2nd time.

It's been quite a frustrating day. It started off good with the Beta 2 downloading at a rapid rate...and then it finished everything within about 2 hours!!! (It took about 2 days for Beta 1!) So then the message came that it was ready to install...when I clicked on that, my system froze for some time, with my processor being overloaded. I got the message that Logos 4 had to shut down and wanted a message sent to Microsoft, which I tried to do....but that didn't work. Finally I had to cancel and try to regain control of my computer! I clicked on the Logos 4 icon and finally got the message that it was downloading. Apparently it was basically starting from scratch again. By the time I had reread the guidelines for doing the beta testing and the need to send the log files, they were already rewrittne.[:(] Sorry!
Now it had been downloading and indexing the entire day.[:'(] About 30-60 minutes ago, it finally was down to the indexing of the last 15 resources. I thought we were at the end finally! But now I see that Logos is indexing my library again. Oh well, now that it is bedtime, Beta testing will have to wait until tomorrow! Hopefully overnight it will finish all that it will have to do.
I do hope that a solution will be found so that indexing will not take as long.
