Discussion Post

When creating a Discussion, it would be nice to have the option to read the "newest" post first. Currently, it appears it always defaults to the "oldest" post at the top.

Likewise, and I am sure this has been addressed, when reply to a particular post, instead of placing the reply under the initial post, it puts it at the very bottom of all the posts, making it difficult to follow a thread.
