RefTagger suddenly stopped working about a week ago on my posts at Blogger.com

I use Blogger.com for my main posting. I use Firefox vs 52.0 (32 bit) as my primary browser. The code is located in the correct place; there is no longer the folder called "Template", I think the new location to post the code is listed under "Theme" which is where I found the "edit HTML", I placed the code just before </body>. I also checked to be sure all "http" were changed to "https" but that still didn't get the RefTagger working again. I don't know what else to do, can you help me please?
