New Feature: Shortcut Bar

The shortcut bar is now available on app.logos.com.
It only supports resource shortcuts at the moment but it will sync with your desktop shortcuts.
You can add shortcuts by dragging resources from your library panel.
You can remove shortcuts by right clicking the shortcut and selecting 'Delete'.
