Issue with Reading Book

Ok, so let me see if I can give all you need to investigate this...

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, running Android 6.0.1.  My Faithlife app is 5.12.4 (Build 512041174), and I have been on regular network and my home wifi and the same thing happens.  I open the app to my library, and under recent I open the resource I have been reading in for several days now- Beale's Handbook on the New Testament Use of the Old Testament.  When I get to page 49, where he begins the subsection: Compare the texts (including their textual variants): NT, LXX, MT, and targums, early Jewish citations (DSS, the Pseudepigrapha, Josephus, Philo).  Underline or color code the various differences, then the first example of Isa. 6.9-10 and John 12.40 shows original lanugage comparisons, and as you scroll to the verse 10 comparison, the resource freezes.  Now, it is not an entire freeze, as I can use the buttons like open the table of contents, add note, view resource information, etc..  What I cannot do is scroll the page any longer.  It will not scroll down or up.  I have to hit the back button on my phone, or table of contents, or go back to the library.  So, when I go to Table of Contents, and choose chapter 4 (page. 55), I can again scroll.  So I tried to scroll up to page 49, and sure enough when I get to that same spot, it freezes again.

    Hello Michael,

Thank you very much for the post, for something like this we might need extensive information on what could be causing the problem. Would you please be able to use the 'report a problem' feature in the mobile app? To access this click on the three horizontal lines on the top left, then select help, you'll see 'report a problem' there. This will include logs for us to review the problem for you.

I done so, but I got a response from FL that they needed more information...so is there a way I can send you the report directly?

    Thanks,
