"Convenant Lawyers" John Calvin?

Hi all,

I have heard it said (by Mike Horton, I think?) that Calvin referred to the Prophets as the covenant lawyers or enforcers.  However, I am struggling to a find a quote or reference from Calvin to this end.

Can anyone help me out?
