I'm new. Please Help. I can't unlock Libronix

Whenever I open Libronix I get a screen that asks me to choose the option that best describes me

1.New User

2. Existing User

3. Pre-Activated User

1. I tried all three many time and I can't get through. When I go to New User... I'm asked to inset the start up CD. I don't have a start up cd because I downloaded my version.

2. does not apple to me.

3. Three I am aked to enter user name and code amd dont know what code it wants and or what user name.

Whenever I open Libronix

Libronix is the Logos for Mac 1.2.2 version. Is that what you are attempting to open? It must be if the application is requesting a startup CD.

If you purchased online, you should have received an email with the activation code.

Finally, this is the Logos 4 for Mac forum. I'm not sure which version you are seeking to activate.

Hi,

You might try with 3 leaving the box blank and just clicking continue - there was/is a similar problem with Libronix and resources supplied on CD.

Failing this, customer support is available for Libronix and if you are phoning from outside the USA can they can be contacted really cheaply using Skype.
