I appreciate the iPhone Logos and the webmobile, but that doesn't help me in most cases - I can't get online!
So, I would suggest Logos to
- develop a software program (especially for Windows Mobile, where you have one on iPhone already),
- and allow the user to download the resources
- by choosing the "favorite" to download, since the whole library might be too large
