Bug: Added "Collection" to passage guide and now can't remove it (β²)

I clicked the "add" button and drug a collection box into the passage guide.

It's greyed out signalling that there's no content, but that's not a big deal since I'm only testing it.  Now however clicking the X to get rid of it accomplishes nothing at all.

Hmm Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.
