Adding a Note

In L3 I would right click on any given passage and "My Notes" would show up, then I would make a note. Now only my "Highlighted Notes" show up. In other words I have 3 note categories but only one is showing up when I right click.Any instructions out there?

The note file that shows up on the popup menu is the last one you used if none are open. If you have several note files open they will all appear on the menu. The option to pin one so that it would always appear would be nice.
