Earlier in Logos 4 I had a Bibletext-reference in a commentary linked to the bible-text it referred to.
Now, (since the update?) this same reference is linked to another commentary or resource instead of a bible... what went wrong?

Do you mean you had it linked in a Notes document?
No, in commentaries. The text references do no longer refer to the bible itself but to other commentaries...
Can you post a screen shot? Are you talking about the Guides like passage guide or exegetical guide? Or do you mean the commentaries from the Explorer window? Please be more specific.
Okay I think I know what's going on. If you go to Library and go to Prioritize pane you might have a Commentary in the very top of the list - causing it to pull from that book - do you recall if maybe you put the commentary at the top or did the list get re-ordered after the update? We have seen this bug before if that was the case, if not then just re-organize your priority list to have the commentary following your top bible choices. Let me know.
