On the menu in Libronix 3, if you go to Tools;
Bible Comparison; Parallel Passages and Harmonies; Source; Old Testament Quotes
in the New Testament (HCSB), you will locate a program that compares the OT
passage with a NT quote.

How do you find this resource HCSB in Logos 4?

    welcome to the forum!

    You can use the Library (from Logos4 main window, press the key combo  Ctrl + L, it will open your Library to a floating window)

    In the Find box type  title:holman (keep it all lower case and with no spaces). This will show all books in your library which have Holman in the title (P.S. you may need to click on the column Title first to ensure that the display is showing all your books by title).

    See image below

    Its not in my library. But if you saw it in your Logos3 program, it should show up in your library.

    P.S. if you don't find it under Holman, the try title:"Old Testament quotes" (keep the quotes) in the Find box.

    Look for it under the title "Old Testament Quotes in the New Testament" in the Library:

    You can select the Bible version that the harmony uses in the resource window using the menu found there.  It doesn't have to use the HCSB anymore, but can be set to it if you want:
