Does anyone have these resources in L4?

I recently purchased these resources and can view them in L3 but cannot get L4 to recognize them:

The Best of John Maxwell on Attitude (Failing Forward, Becoming a Person of Influence, The Winning Attitude)

The Best of Charles on Character (Success God's Way, The Reason for My Hope, Our Unmet Needs)

I have tried the scan command, but cannot get that to work. Any ideas?

I don't have the Maxwell volumes but do have the Stanley volumes and I have them in Logos 4.

You no longer need to manually synchronize licenses in L4, so that feature doesn't exist in the user interface. It happens automatically whenever L4 syncs up with the licenses server (which it does whenever you download new resources). Normally Logos "phones home" periodically and will automatically discover that there are new resources to be downloaded, but you can force it to check for new resources by typing "update now" or "update resources."

All fixed. I had to call customer support and they had to unlock the resources on their end. But now I can access them in L4.
