I am a new user and am having trouble signing in to begin using the software. I have an accoount set up but when I try and log in on my machine using my existing username/password, it will not connect to Logos.com. Any ideas. I need more patience in wait mode.

Gary, are you brand new to Logos as of Logos 4, or had you used prior versions? You say you had an existing username/password. If that came from having used a prior version of Logos, are you positive that you bought Logos 4 using the same email address that you'd used for a prior version? If not, that would be the source of your trouble, and you'll need to call Customer Service to get it straightened out. Also, perhaps you accidentally had a typo in your password when you first set it up and somehow managed to duplicate the typo when you had to confirm your password (you might have had CAPS lock on, for example; passwords are case sensitive; so try pressing the CAPS lock key again now and see if it lets you log in now).

Another thing to try is logging into your account on the Logos website: www.logos.com. Does it let you log in there? Can you go to your "My Account" page and see a record of your having purchased the software there in your "Order History" tab?
