Strack and Billerbeck’s Kommentar zum Neuen Testament aus Talmud und Midrasch?

I wonder if there's any interest for Strack and Billerbeck’s Kommentar zum Neuen Testament aus Talmud und Midrasch, perhaps as a community pricing item? I noticed the first volume sitting there in the Internet Archive so I guess it is out of copyright already?

If one orders the German edition, will he receive it before those ordering the English yet-to-be-made edition? Will someone ordering both experience a delay in receiving it due to waiting for the translation? In other words, should I order the combination and get it somewhat cheaper or should I order them separately?
