Msg "No Parallel Resources" being shown inappropriately

In place of an animated working icon the message  "No Parallel Resources"  is being shown when one first clicks on the icon for Parallel Resource sets. This is misleading!  If the former animation is too resource intensive then display  a "Working ...." message!

I had just noticed this as well Dave.  Thanks for reporting it. 

Everywhere else we get a spinning pizza, here we get a fail?

You mean it really was working?

I just "believed" it knew what it was talking about. I think I even changed redources because of it.

You mean, that they have takena away the "slowly" spinning wheel?

At least i knew something was happening!

I had the same problem and didn't realize it was still working and was about to report a bug that parallel resources were broken in 4.0c Beta 1. But then lo and behold I went back and tried it again just for kicks, and it was populated.

This is a new problem as of 4.0c Beta 1. It might be "by design" but it's very disconcerting, so I don't think it's a good change. Let's go back to the animated working icon. Or preferably just a static message saying the list is being populated. Or even better: make it faster to populate so there will be virtually no delay while it populates!

I even wanted that, though I at least liked having  the "spinning" pizza wheel telling me that "something" good was about to happen (eventually)..

I found the problem today, so the working animation should be back in beta2.
