I am looking for instances where Jesus spoke specifically to Peter (including Simon, Simon Peter etc.) but not to Peter when he was in a crowd (e.g. where Peter was part of the twelve disciples such as Mat 10:7).

I think that I have made a start with {Speaker <Person Jesus>} {Addressee <Person Peter>} 

1. How do I exclude instances where Peter is not being addressed individually

2. Why, in the shot below, am I seeing each hit twice when I am only searching a single translation.

This works well: 

{Speaker <Person Jesus>} {Addressee <Person Peter>} -{Addressee <Person John (son of Zebedee)>} -{Addressee <Person Andrew>} -{Addressee <Person Disciples>} -{Addressee <Person Jews (Jesus’ time)>}

Basically what I did was run the above search, then start "subtracting" (using the - sign) Addressees that appear with Peter until all the hits seemed correct.

2. Why, in the shot below, am I seeing each hit twice when I am only searching a single translation.

Looks like one color represents the Speaker hits, and the other represents the Addressee hits. To test this, delete one of the Search Extensions and rerun the search. In this case, they correspond perfectly, so the search results look like "duplicates", but oftentimes Search Extension tagging doesn't perfectly align like Speaker and Addressee.
