Psalms for Preaching and Worship: A Lectionary Commentary, edited by Roger E. Van Harn and Brent A. Strawn.
Van Harn is the same author who did the Lectionary Commentary series (already available in Logos format), so this is likely to fit in well with that series though it's not technically part of it.
