what does it mean

I have searched the Logos webpages but cannot find the answer to "what does it mean when a pre-pub is under contract?" The credit credit card that I ordered this under may expire before it gets completed. the credit card was a gift card and only has a year lifespan. Hopefully whatever needs to take place will happen soon.

I think it means it's being developed, but it hasn't charged the card yet. You can edit the credit card data at any time up until the product is delivered (or cancel it for that matter). Logos usually sends out a warning email to tell you to verify the CC info is correct about 4-7 days before they ship a prepub.

thanks for fast response Todd. The charge is less than 17 dollars,,,just want to be a good steward and not see that free money wasted. I already destroyed that credit card because I used all the money on it! Such is life!

I wouldn't hesitate to call Customer Service on Monday. My guess is that they can either charge the card early or apply the amount to another purchase. But I think I know what happens if you don't ask. [:)]
