Has anyone been getting hundreds of email in Chinese?
If so, do you know how I can eradicate thiss bug?

There has been some spam activity on the forums. I imagine you are getting the emails because you have subscribed to the email notification for those forums that are affected.
Thread => SPAM includes screen shot of an inbox flooded by SPAM.
