Hebrew syntactic force dataset

I propose that Faithlife develop a Syntactic Force Dataset for the Hebrew Bible along similar lines to the one for the Greek New Testament. It would be very helpful to have the syntactic force of a Niphal (passive, reflexive, medial etc.) analyzed, or find out how each waw functioned (copula, disjunctive, waw of protasis, waw of apodosis).
