Improvements: Search Panel

We have added the ability to limit your search to bible text within your preferred bible. These results are displayed with a new verses view:

This view will also be used if all of the resources you are searching using the multi-resource search available via the More menu in the search panel as well.

Additionally, we have made large changes behind the scenes to improve the performance of search.
