Help! I can't start up my Logos 7.
After I clicked on my Logos 7, it will opened and load, but within a minute it will crashed and closes.

Pls help. I need access to Logos urgently.
Go to https://faithlife.com. Make sure you are logged in. Click on the bell icon up in the upper right corner of the page. This will display your pending notifications (marking them as viewed), this will prevent them from being sent to the desktop application. It's one of these notifications that causes the crash.
