And if I don't have email on my device I can't report a bug?
Here's my problem - I've been reading the free book of the month (The Risen Existence) on my Android device (Nexus 7 2013) and today when I tried to read it says "Missing license for resource." When I hit retry it briefly shows "navigation failed" and that's all folks. I can still open other books that I have downloaded. I'm using Logos Android version 5.12.4. As far as I know nothing has changed on my tablet since yesterday except this failure. I can still open this book fine on my desktop.
The problem could be the internet but I would hope that once I have downloaded a book for which I have a permanent license it doesn't require constant checking to ensure my licenses haven't been changed as I don't currently have proper internet on my device.

When I click "Report a Problem" on my iPad, nothing happens. No "Cancel / Continue" dialog, no response, no feedback, zip.
5.12.3 on iPad Pro 128GB running iOS 10.2.1.

Yes, albeit in GMail. But it used to pop up the "Report a problem: Cancel/Continue" and give me some sense of what was going to happen next.
