Bug: 7.4 SR1 FSB Final +/- of no effect while viewed in Courses Tool

In PD101 Segment 12, Suggested Reading, Notes on Philippians 3:20 (FSB), the very last (+) control to expand the list has no effect, as the list shown whether collapsed or expanded.

Note that the Savior (DPL) link is visible in both cases, regardless of the control state:
