saving all those downloaded updates

hi

i'm wondering if anyone can tell me- if i save the entire logos folder to a flash drive, will i be able to simply transfer that folder to a new computer and logos will be installed?

i ask because, like many i suppose, i've downloaded and installed a number of updates and if i ever need to get a new computer i would hate to have to do all that downloading again.
