Would like option for Prayer List - "answered"

I love the new Prayer List option.  I have set up three different lists and on different time intervals (e.g., every day personal list, every 2 day Sunday school list, every 3 day missionary list).  I know that the programmers are/will be working on making a list stay visible when hovering over it.

Idea An issue that has not been raised yet in the forum is that if one types in an answer to any single item in a prayer list, it redefines the entire list to "answered", turns the check box green, and moves it to the bottom of all lists.  It seems to deactivate the list from being on the active display.  My work-around is to create a duplicate list with no items answered so that it shows up on the interval schedule, and, use the answered one to update the answers.  I think a better solution would be to allow the user to check a box to move the list to "answered" or not.  Maybe there is a better way to handle it such as "partially answered" and still active.  What are your ideas?

Confused I also don't know if you can copy and paste both columns simultaneously.  I noticed this when I created the duplicate list and before I realized what caused it to be "answered".  It's a small matter, but would be useful for exporting a prayer list to Word or email.

email It might even be a nice feature to be able to email the list directly while the list is open.  Is that asking too much?

There may be other options for the Prayer List that users would like.  I'm not complaining at all because I really like the basic use of the prayer list.  I just want a tweak to its functionality.

Thanks Logos for this feature.  Yes

It sounds like your updates to your prayers need to go into the notes area on the left side (after whatever initial details you added). There is a certain logic to the "answered" prayer not needing to be prayed for. Of course, God often answers in bits and pieces and it's good to amend the note as the situation changes.

That's where my list is, i.e., on the Notes side.  The list is pretty extensive, and not all items have answeres or even a status comment.  Then, if I put an answer or status to any on the right side, it recategorizes the whole shebang as "answered".  Am I missing something here?

No, there's a pretty all-or-nothing approach to the way it's implemented. A check box next to the answered box would be helpful to keep it from going away from the list that appears in the ribbon.
