Logos 7 Crashes for no apparent reason

I have tried trouble shooting the "cause", but there appears to be no obvious one at all. From closing suspiciously competing apps to closing Exegetical guides with large passages and not having too many resources open: all to no avail.

Ironically, post will not let me attach the zipped Logoslog report.... hmmmmm

How large is the file? What browser are you using? You may need to open the zip file and upload just the logos.log file.

Is this possibly a native Mac crash? It can still be with Logos but you get a notification from Apple. Also what passages are you running your Passage and Exegetical Guides on? Do yo have any extra sections enabled or custom collections?

To at least help you stop crashing you can call CS at 800-875-6467 and they can assist you in installing Logos 7.5.

Also please email your logs before reinstalling to testing (at) faithlife (dot) com. This will help us track down what is going on.
