Note File Summary

When I transferred my note files from Logos 3 to Logos 4.0b the note files were listed in 'reverse alphabetical order'. I attempted to manually 'drag and drop' into alphabetical order from top to bottem but the software prevented me from doing this. I am attempting to get the Note file list to display alphabetically as Logos 3 did for me. I realize that I can do a search in the 'Find' box, but this is a step backwards, for me at least. I am used to highliting a note file and opening. Furthermore, I am afraid that if I ever do get the list in alphabetical order, then the first note file opened will jump to the top and my list will no longer be in alphabetical order. Does anyone know of a solution?

I started to give you a dumb answer because I misread your question. The order of the files in the Open dialogue is from most recently used backwards. There have been a number of suggestions for improving the sequence but it's still a wait and see feature modification.

Thanks for the reply. I describe myself as a 'technotard' and figured I was doing something wrong.

Mark Barnes helped me organize notes better by locating them as a "favorites" folder. In his videos he shows how you can organize the clippings with the notes as well.
