I'm not sure whose neato idea was to include a title popup when dragging a tab, to move it over. See image below.
Above the mouse icon, I'm wanting to move LSJ to the left. When you grab the tab, a long popup appears (the title). And the popup centers over the mouse point. And the left of the popup isn't allowed to exceed the left screen edge. So, you can't move the tab left. In my example, there's 4 more lexicons to the left; using the scroll arrows to move the view right does no good. The popup's screen-edge violation reverses back the tab scroll.
Which begs the question, why a title popup in the first place? I think it used to be a mini-bookcover.
