Mobile Ed video problem

I am taking the 1&2 Kings Mobile Ed course OT325. The videos stop after playing for a while. could you help? I am using a Macbook.

Hey Time! Thanks for posting. Are you trying to watch these videos in the Logos software or on Faithlife TV? If in the Logos software, are these videos downloaded to the system?

If you wait a bit after the video freezes and try to continue playing it, does it eventually play, or does it produce an error message?
