Your logs show you are running Logos 7.3 - the first thing I would do is update to Logos 7.5
But it also seems to suggest that you are trying to open a layout containing a resource you don't own.
So try opening to a blank layout and see if it works that way. See section that starts:

Once there you should be able to upgrade to 7.5 using the "update now" command.
