Deleted a Reading Plan but it did not go away in library.logos.com

I had a reading plan that I chose not to continue and I deleted it in Logos 4. The plan was removed from the application but did not go away online. After playing around with the plan online I decided to see if I actually marked the plan as read if it would solve the problem. Unfortunately it did not and it created a second copy of the reading plan as displayed below:

 

Any thoughts or help here would be appreciated.

I just noticed that the duplicate plan appeared in Logos 4. I have now removed it from the application, but it still remains in the online list.
