That's the kind of thing i was hoping for. I'm pretty disappointed.
It's probably up to the publisher. I see these two are both Baker so likely they declined to make them available as part of the MM promotion.
I got that at 50% off as part of a twitter deal a good while ago, but it's the second edition.
