Shipped earlier today, but tooltips within resources should be much faster than they have been until now.

Also shipped a fix for a bug which caused the selection text in notes to contain unnecessary ellipsis.

Fixed issue in library menu, where changing your sort option caused the whole library menu to collapse.

Fixed issue that was causing an ugly orange "active" bubble on the notes tool tab.
