I need Clippings

I really like the improvements that are being made to the web app. It looks great and has gained a ton of functionality. However, the primary tool I use for research, the ability to create Clippings, is missing and needed.

As I read across resources, I clip the information I need into a Clippings document and then use that document to create my sermons or papers (much like using index cards in the old days). I do not see that as possible with the web app, which makes it difficult to use it for research.

I know everyone has their own methods and this may not apply to many, but Clippings is important to me. Please add it soon.

Any update on this? I, too, need clippings for my workflow.

Thanks for the feedback. Adding Clippings functionality is on the list. Our current plans, however, are to integrate Clippings into the new Notes tool. It's unlikely that we'll add support for the current Clippings documents. I think you'll find the new implementation will be even better than the current one. I don't have a time frame for it, but you should start to see progress on the new tool in the next 2–4 weeks as frontend efforts start to pick up. Most of our effort to date has been on the backend.
