Logos 7 on two devices - how?

Hi everyone,

I am a 70 year old "newbie" to all this, so I hope someone can help me. I have Logos 7 basic on my Windows 10 Desktop computer. I also have a Samsung (Android) Tablet. Can anyone please tell me how I can have Logos 7 on both devices, sharing the products I buy on both devices? I really am at a loss. Stephen

You just need to download the app on your tablet (see here) and when you first open it, it will ask you to confirm your email address and password - as long as you use the same one that you use on your PC, you'll be all set.

For clarification on a technical point: "Logos 7" is a desktop software application and does not run on mobile (iOS or Android). Faithlife has companion applications for those platforms but they aren't called "Logos 7," nor do they have all the same functionality.

As James mentioned, the likely culprit is that you need to have your username (email address) & password credentials entered into the mobile app. If you entered the wrong ones, you will likely need to delete the app and start over. It isn't designed to sign in and out.
