i have just bought a MacBoon Pro with touch bar, and could not install logos 7 on it.

after the installation, when i clicked on the app icon to launch the programme, the first message that comes out is tht the programme cannot run. Then when I clicked on the icon again (at the launcher), nothing happens8244.LogosLogs.kennethsoh.20170407-131740.zip

please help. this problem has persisted for a week

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. Please reinstall Logos using the following instructions: Download and run the installer, follow the installation prompt (select ”Keep Both” when prompted, then delete the old Logos icon in your “Applications” folder and keep the new one), and sign in with your Logos.com account.
