Logos is trying to download resources previously downloaded but removed.

So I have a somewhat strange situation. I bought a new phone last year. I live in Papua New Guinea as a translator. Internet is quite expensive so before having the phone shipped here I had a friend load it up with thousands of resources that I could later remove the ones I don't want rather than make a convoluted list for him. Anyhow, after removing many resources my app keeps trying to download those resources again. I uninstalled and wiped the cache and everything, but it continues to try and download all of those same resources again. Has anyone else run into this problem or have a solution?

    Hi Jason

By default - once a resource is set up to download to a mobile app it will automatically download again if not present.

Assuming you are also using Logos 7 (or an earlier version) I would use the library management features there to address this

In the Library entry for each resource - in the "Information Pane" is a section on Devices

You can select / deselect resources to be downloaded here and that should stop resources being downloaded that you don't want.

You can select multiple resources in the library and modify the device settings for all of them in one go.

If this doesn't make sense or you need further pointers please post back
