User Media Access in Web App

I have uploaded some user media on my desktop version but I am not able to find it in the media section in the web app.  Is this available and if so where?

User uploaded media isn't available yet on the web app. We are in the middle of updating the Media tool to be closer to the desktop, it is yet to be seen if user uploaded media is going to make it in that set of work but we'll do our best to keep you updated on that progress.

You should now have the ability to view your user media in the media tool. The ability to upload it from the web app is not implemented yet.
